FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-home and senior living care team in Salem, OR. You’ll work closely with supervising PTs to implement individualized treatment plans and guide patients through therapeutic exercises, helping them regain strength, mobility, and confidence.

As part of an interdisciplinary care team, you’ll collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists, benefit from mentorship, and have a clear path to grow your clinical

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Document visits accurately and on time within FOX’s EMR system.
