Job summary

Brookestone Home Health Care in Elkhorn, Nebraska, is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home-based care team. You will provide skilled PT services to patients in their homes, under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, to improve mobility and independence.

The PTA analyzes patient progress, guides exercises, educates families on safe techniques, and collaborates with physicians and nurses to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
