Dependable Home Health is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy on the westside of Tucson and surrounding areas. The role offers both full-time and part-time options and includes a generous $10,000 retention bonus to support long-term commitment.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in Arizona is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to foster trust and motivation.
• Patient-centered, compassionate and adaptable care mindset.
• Willingness to travel locally to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Develop Individualized Care Plans to support patient recovery and mobility goals.
• Provide Patient & Family Education to encourage continued progress and independence.
• Collaborate with the Healthcare Team to coordinate quality, patient-centered care.
• Monitor and Document Patient Progress to ensure effective outcomes.
