Job summary

We are a growing Medicare-certified Home Health agency on O'ahu, HI, hiring licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for per diem in-home visits. Flexible scheduling, with a potential to earn $100,000–$120,000 per year based on visits and schedule.

Requirements include Hawaii licensure as PT/PTA, 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred), valid driver's license, and strong documentation/communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience, home health preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy visits
• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments
• Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team
