InHome Therapy is seeking a full-time licensed physical therapist to provide in-home PT for adult and geriatric patients in and around Orlando, Florida. You will manage a flexible schedule with a consistent caseload and benefit from mileage reimbursement and provided tools.

The role offers paid training, mentorship, and career growth opportunities within a therapy-first support structure. Compensation is per visit with potential bonuses based on visit complexity and volume.

Qualifikationen

• Active PT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients at home.
• Comfort with technology – email, texting; EMR training provided.

Aufgaben

• Deliver in-home physical therapy to adults and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.
