Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care in Orlando is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide in-home skilled therapy, including initial evaluations and Plan of Care development, with flexible compensation per visit or hourly.

You will work independently, complete thorough clinical documentation, and travel to patient homes throughout the Orlando area, ensuring high clinical standards and coordinated care with physicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of clinical experience.
• Home health or community-based therapy preferred.
• Ability to complete detailed, accurate clinical notes.
• CPR certification and Level II background screening.

Responsabilités

• Perform initial physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop and update Plans of Care.
• Provide skilled therapy treatment visits as ordered.
• Assess mobility, strength, balance, and functional ability.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility.
• Communicate with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation.
