Job summary

InHome Therapy is looking for a licensed physical therapist to provide in-home services to adult and geriatric patients around Exton. You’ll enjoy a flexible schedule, a stable caseload, and a supportive team, with compensation based on per-visit payments between $60 and $80.

Responsibilities include evaluating mobility, designing individualized rehab plans, guiding exercise programs, educating patients and families, and maintaining Medicare-compliant documentation using EMR tools.

Qualifications

Active physical therapist license in good standing.
BLS CPR certification.
Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
Comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR) training provided.

Responsibilities

Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.
