Job summary

No Place Like Home Health LLC in Michigan is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-home care team.

This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive per-visit pay of 70–110, and one-on-one patient care, with independence and a supportive, locally owned company.

You will perform evaluations, create treatment plans, educate patients and caregivers, and document progress to help strengthen mobility, balance and safety at home.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home physical therapy including evaluations and treatments.
• Develop individualized care plans and patient education.
• Document progress timely and accurately.
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, safety and independence.
