InHome Therapy is hiring licensed physical therapists to deliver in-home PT services to adults and seniors in and around Chicago. You will assess mobility and function, design individualized treatment plans, and administer rehabilitation therapies in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation to patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy to adults and geriatric patients.
• Assess mobility, strength, and function to set goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention.
• Maintain Medicare and agency documentation accurately.
