Qualifications

• An active state-specific physical therapy license is required to treat patients.
• Candidates must have reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
• Liability insurance is mandatory for all therapists.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes.
• Set your own availability and treat scheduled patients within a 30-minute drive.
• Complete documentation quickly using the Luna app.
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
