Qualifications

• Valid Kentucky nursing license (LPN or RN).

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home per the service plan.

• Maintain progress notes and visit verifications per policy.
• Submit notes timely and keep Director informed.

• Participate in on-call schedule to attend needs outside hours.
