Elevated Kids is seeking a Behavior Analyst to lead clinical programming and partner closely with families in a pediatric autism-care setting. The role emphasizes naturalistic, play-based ABA within a supportive, interdisciplinary team.

Candidates must be a BCBA with state licensure, and hold a Master’s degree in ABA or related field. Remote and telehealth options are available where clinically appropriate, with on-site work in the Austin area.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• State licensure (LBA) required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide clinical programming and work with caregivers.
