Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program by the Committee of Accreditation in Education.
• Current New Jersey License.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer Physical Therapy treatments to outpatients in the home environment under supervision by a licensed physical therapist.
• Adapt treatments to a variety of age groups and individual patient needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate progress with the supervising therapist and health-care team.
