Elara Caring is seeking a Physical Therapist to serve the North Providence area in Rhode Island. You will provide direct patient care to home-based clients, evaluate functional needs, and create personalized care plans as part of a collaborative team.

Join us to help patients regain independence in the comfort of their homes. The role involves travel within the Providence/East Bay area and requires a Rhode Island PT license with an APTA-approved education; a vehicle and insurance are needed.

Formación

• Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license for Rhode Island.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Willingness to travel within the Providence/East Bay coverage area (50%).
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs, and design personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with families and other specialists to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Lead and guide support staff to achieve patient goals.
• Document evaluations, goals, and progress with precision.
• Serve as a community resource promoting physical therapy.
