PARS Therapy in Haltom City, TX is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home health team onsite at patients' homes. You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients to improve mobility and reduce pain while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a TX PT license, liability insurance, and a graduate degree in Physical Therapy. Experience in home health is preferred; strong communication and adaptability are essential for success in diverse patient needs.

Qualifications

• Active TX Physical Therapist license is required.
• Professional liability insurance coverage for TX PT license is required.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in a home health setting and assess functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to restore function and mobility.
• Provide interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
• Conduct home safety assessments and prevent falls or re-injury.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to empower independence.
