Job summary

Adventist Health in California seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to plan and conduct segments of treatment programs, restoring physical, social and mental function while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (or foreign equivalent), licensure in applicable states, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Relocation bonus available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required; only if license obtained after Jan 2016 or foreign equivalent.
• Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice required.
• CPR or BLS certification required from AH policy.
• Valid driver's license and must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention.
• Uses clinical techniques and tools to establish individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provides therapy interventions using approved protocols and techniques.
• Establishes care and discharge plans and communicates them to appropriate parties.
• Completes comprehensive clinical documentation within deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

PT licensure in applicable states
