Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed home care Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes around Skokie, IL. If you want a flexible schedule with a consistent caseload and supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

The role offers per-visit compensation with a range of $65–$85 per visit, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and mentorship. An active PT license is required to be considered.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength and function to set goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate home health documentation per Medicare and agency standards.
