Job summary

Advisacare 2 is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one in-home physical therapy across Michigan, helping clients move, recover, and return to daily activities. You’ll assess, plan, teach, and guide patients in their homes with a focus on real-life function and outcomes.

You’ll work autonomously with a strong support network, built-in mentorship options, and opportunities to grow a niche in neuro, ortho, or geriatrics while maintaining work-life balance.

Qualifications

• A valid and active Physical Therapist license in Michigan.
• Experience in home health is a plus but not required.
• Great communication skills with patients and families.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes and provide personalized physical therapy sessions.
• Assess movement, strength, and mobility to build real-life plans.
• Teach exercises and functional techniques to reduce pain.
• Motivate clients through recovery at their pace.
• Coordinate with families and healthcare team to maintain progress.
