Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide in-home care for adults and seniors in and around Chicago. You will build a flexible schedule with a stable caseload and receive support from a therapy-first team and mentor program.

The position offers a per-visit pay model with an estimated annual salary between $94,000 and $116,000, plus benefits and mileage reimbursement. Prioritize patient-centric care and compliance with Medicare standards.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Comfort with using email and basic technology (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in the community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to set goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.
