• Active Physical Therapist license in New York required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and time‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized plans of care with clinical autonomy; coordinate with admin team for referrals, scheduling, and authorizations.
• Build caseload across Buffalo area by developing geographically concentrated territories.
