Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services on O'ahu, HI is seeking licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to provide in-home therapy, conduct evaluations and fall risk assessments, and communicate progress with the care team. This flexible per diem role offers per-visit pay ($80 PT, $55–$60 PTA) with potential earnings of $100,000–$120,000 annually, depending on volume. A Hawaii license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments.
• Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team.
