Job summary

Essential Therapy Solutions in Arizona is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to develop individualized treatment plans, implement therapeutic activities, and deliver high-quality care in clients' homes and community settings.

You will educate patients and families on coping strategies and assistive devices, collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, monitor progress, document evaluations, advocate for patient needs in schools or workplaces, and stay current

Qualifications

Must hold Arizona Physical Therapy license or certification.
Background check and Level One Fingerprint Clearance required.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Implement therapeutic activities and interventions to enhance patients' daily living skills.
