Job summary

Essential Therapy Solutions, Llc in Arizona is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide individualized care in patients' homes and community settings. You will develop treatment plans, implement therapeutic activities, educate families, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Travel to client homes is required. Qualifications include a valid PT license and willingness to travel; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license and pass a background check.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Willingness to travel to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Implement therapeutic activities to enhance patients' daily living skills.
Educate patients and their families on coping strategies and assistive devices.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Advocate for patient needs in various settings such as schools or workplaces.
Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in physical therapy.
