Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in‑home setting or patient room in an independent living facility.
• Develop and adjust individualized physical therapy programs.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support personnel as required.
• Educate patients and caregivers on essential skills for independence.
