• Experience in therapy in an acute care environment, acute therapy unit and/or outpatient setting: Preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs physical therapy treatments using modalities, manual techniques and exercises.
• Instructs and guides patients through bed mobility, transfers, gait and balance activities.
• Maintains daily patient charts and documents interventions in the record.
• Provides education and training to patients and caregivers, adapting to learning styles.
