Svetness Personal Training is hiring dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness programs at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces across the community. You will design tailored workouts and monitor progress with the Svetness App, empowering clients to achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer accredited by a recognized body (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification up-to-date.
• 1–3 years of personal training experience with high school diploma/GED.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Physically able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics.
• Own basic training equipment; clients may not have equipment.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction at clients' homes, apartments, gyms, or outdoor spaces.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for programming and session notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with modifications as needed.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments via Svetness scheduling software.
• Offer a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutes.
