Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking certified in-home trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor settings. You will design customized programs, track progress, and use the Svetness App for scheduling and notes.

We offer flexible hours, support through a concierge, and ongoing education resources, with the goal of empowering clients to reach their goals while you control your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer certification required (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE accredited).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years personal training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples in-home or outdoor personal training sessions.
• Customize client workout programs from Initial Assessment.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for programming and session notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with/modifications.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments via Svetness scheduling software.
• Offer flexible scheduling and travel up to 45 minutes to client sites.
