Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness coaching at clients’ homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will design customized programs and monitor progress through the Svetness App, helping clients achieve their goals with a flexible schedule and full scheduling support.

Qualifications

• Required CPT certification and current CPR/AED.
• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of PT experience.
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoors.
• Utilize Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with or without modifications.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments using Svetness scheduling software.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Commute to and from client sessions within 45 minutes.
