Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness experiences at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoors. You’ll design customized programs, track progress via the Svetness App, and maintain client relationships through scheduling and reassessments.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, ongoing education, and growth with support from management. Training equipment is often provided, and bonuses and referral rewards are available.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with national accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification up-to-date.
• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of training experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Basic nutrition understanding.
• Familiarity with a variety of training equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couple fitness instruction in clients' homes.
• Create programs from Initial Assessment.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for sessions and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Manage and maintain client session appointments.
• Flexibly schedule to accommodate clients.
• Commuting to sessions up to 45 minutes.
