Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. Build custom plans, assess progress, and grow with ongoing support and education resources.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with accreditation (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification up-to-date for client safety.
• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of PT experience.
• Strong communication skills: verbal, written, technical.
• Basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with various exercise equipment and PT methods.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics.
• Own basic training equipment for client sessions when needed.
• Reliable transportation to commute to client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Customize client workout programs from the initial assessment.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with/without modifications.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client appointments via Svetness scheduling software.
• Offer flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Commute to client sessions up to 45 minutes.
