Job summary

Svetness is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver customized fitness programs at clients' homes. You will design workouts, demonstrate exercises, and track progress using our Svetness App while managing travel to client locations within a 45-minute radius.

We offer flexible scheduling, no non-compete, competitive pay ($35–$45/hr, based on experience), bonuses, liability coverage, and ongoing education through webinars and resources via our support team and app.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with up-to-date CPR/AED certification.
• NCCA/DEAC/NBFE accredited CPT credential.
• 1–3 years of personal training experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with clients.
• Basic nutrition guidance ability.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored workout programs based on client goals and assessments.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form; adjust as needed.
• Track progress using the Svetness Fitness App and document sessions.
• Maintain consistent client appointments and scheduling.
• Travel to client locations (up to 45 minutes).
