Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver tailored fitness programs directly at clients' homes. You’ll benefit from flexible scheduling, no non-compete, and competitive pay with earnings ranging from $35 to $45 per hour, plus retention bonuses and rewards.

Our team provides liability insurance, dedicated scheduling support, ongoing education, and Svetness App access to manage sessions and progress. Travel to client locations up to 45 minutes is expected.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with recognized accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification current.
• 1–3 years of personal training experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic nutrition knowledge to guide clients.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored workout programs based on client goals and assessments.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form, adjusting as needed.
• Track progress using the Svetness Fitness App and session notes.
• Maintain consistent client appointments and scheduling.
• Travel to client locations (up to 45 minutes commute).
