GYMGUYZ Bergen, Hudson & Rockland Counties is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to provide personalized fitness instruction in Ridgewood, NJ. The trainer will encourage clients in their health and fitness journeys while maintaining a high level of customer service.

This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling. Key responsibilities include designing workout programs, demonstrating exercises, and documenting client progress using the GYMGUYZ App.

Qualifications

• Certified in CPR/AED.
• Able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one personalized fitness instruction.
• Document and plan sessions using GYMGUYZ App.
• Motivate clients and manage flexible schedules.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and maintain cleanliness.

Skills

Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA or DEAC accredited organization)

Good communication skills

Basic understanding of nutrition

Knowledgeable of exercise equipment

Education

Minimum high school diploma or GED
