Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness programs at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will be responsible for designing programs from assessments, utilizing our Svetness App, and guiding clients to reach their goals with precision and support.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, possess a recognized CPT certification, CPR/AED, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with credible national cert.
• CPR/AED certified to ensure client safety.
• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years PT experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic nutrition knowledge for healthy living guidance.
• Familiarity with varied fitness equipment and training methods.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform calisthenics.
• Must bring personal basic training equipment for client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples in-home fitness instruction.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with/without modifications.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Manage appointments via Svetness scheduling system.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate clients.
• Commute to sessions within 45 minutes as needed.
