Svetness Personal Training seeks dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness experiences at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor locations. You will design custom workouts and motivate clients toward their goals with flexible support from our team.

Join our elite in-home program and utilize the Svetness Fitness App to track progress, schedule sessions, and access resources. A valid CPT credential and CPR/AED certification are required, with 1–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with accreditation by a recognized body (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Education: high school diploma or GED; 1–3 years personal training experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic nutrition knowledge.
• Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics.
• Own basic training equipment for client sessions.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personal training at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoors.
• Design personalized workouts derived from the Initial Assessment.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form and safety.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments using Svetness scheduling software.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client availability.
• Able to commute to client sessions up to 45 minutes.
