Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a passionate Female Exercise Specialist to deliver in-home fitness training across New York. You will design personalized workout plans, provide motivation, and help clients reach their goals in a supportive coaching style.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 1–2 years of personal training or group fitness preferred.
• Genuine passion for helping clients reach their goals.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy and nutrition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one fitness training sessions in clients' homes or designated sites.
• Develop customized exercise programs based on client goals and abilities.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation and accountability throughout the journey.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure continued success.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and balanced lifestyle.
• Foster a positive training environment and client engagement.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and the GYMGUYZ team.
