Job summary

Home, Hope and Healing, Inc. is seeking a Personal Support Specialist (PSS) to work with an adult client in the Bingham area. You will provide 1-on-1, client-centered care in home settings, with flexible day shifts and a schedule tailored to your needs.

Duties include personal hygiene, ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation. Employment options include Per Diem or Full-Time, with senior nurses providing ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• PSS certificate preferred or CNA; enroll in PSS course within 6 months and reimburse course fees after meeting work requirements.
• One year of clinical experience in home care preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Successful passing of background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1, client-centered care and services.
• Assist with personal hygiene, ADLs, meal prep, and light housework.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.
• Assist with communication via telephone, email, or internet.
• Work with regional Nurse Managers for ongoing support and education.
