Home, Hope and Healing, Inc. is seeking a Personal Support Specialist (PSS) to assist an adult client in the Winslow area. Shifts are Mon-Fri 12p-4:30p and weekends 8a-4:30p, with flexibility for Per Diem, Part Time, or Full Time based on preference.

You will provide in-home, client-centered care per an individualized plan. Duties include personal care, daily living activities, and support with household tasks; strong teamwork with Nurse Managers is provided.

Formación

• PSS certificate is preferred but not required; must enroll in PSS course on hire and complete within 6 months.
• One year of clinical home care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Successful passing of background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1-on-1, client-centered care and services.
• In-home assistance including personal hygiene, mobility, meal prep, and daily living activities.
• Support clients and families with daily tasks and communicate as needed.
