Job summary

Allied Caregivers in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Attendant to provide in-home support tailored to each client’s needs. You will assist with hygiene, meals, light tasks, monitor wellbeing, and document care using a mobile system.

Flexible, part-time and per-diem roles available seven days a week. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, English proficiency, and a valid driver’s license; prior caregiving experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care assistance.
• Current Blood TB test and physical examination.
• Valid driver's license with dependable transportation.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks to maintain a safe, organized living space.
• Providing companionship and social interaction while monitoring clients' overall well-being.
• Running occasional errands when needed.
• Recording care provided and client updates through our easy-to-use mobile documentation system.
• Working closely with both clients and the Allied Caregivers office to ensure quality, consistent care.
