Job summary

St.-Joseph’s Home Health is seeking an In-Home Personal Caregiver to support clients in their own homes in Midland, TX. The role focuses on daily living assistance, companionship, and promoting independence while ensuring safety and well‑being.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and monitoring health changes with documentation for supervisors. CPR/First Aid are a plus, but not required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus, but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong desire to help others.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with meal preparation and planning nutritious meals per dietary needs.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in conversations and social activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home.
• Monitor and document changes in health and report to supervisors.
