Job summary

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team.
• Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with clients and their families.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
