Civility Home Care-Danbury is seeking a compassionate In-Home Caregiver to assist clients with activities of daily living in their homes. The role includes bathing, dressing, grooming, medication management, and ongoing monitoring to ensure high-quality care.

You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide education and support to clients and families, while performing light housekeeping as part of comprehensive in-home care.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of caregiving experience
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedules
• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professional
• Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
• Communicate with clients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
• Other duties as assigned
