Job summary

Live Well Home Care seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home personal care to clients in their own homes and communities. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

Caregivers will follow written care plans, monitor client well-being, and coordinate with the Branch Manager and Team to ensure high-quality service. Must have Physical and TB results to start.

Qualifications

• Must provide Physical and TB results.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care (ambulation, bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal planning/preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Ensure client safety and supervise the home environment.
• Escort clients to appointments and activities as per care plan.
• Follow care plans and report any unsafe conditions to Branch Manager.
