Professional Case Management is hiring Personal Care Attendants to provide in-home healthcare services in Tennessee. This role offers flexible scheduling and one-on-one patient care to enhance clients' health and quality of life.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a respectful approach to diverse needs, and reliability to maintain client safety and company policies. Training is available for those new to the field.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Nursing background or training is preferred; training will be provided.
• Must meet TB screening and provide documents to HR.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsabilités

• Follow the plan of care created by the supervising RN.
• Assist with non-skilled personal care in clients' homes.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report emergencies or changes in client condition to RN.
