Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring Personal Care Attendants to provide in-home healthcare services in Tennessee. Earn a flexible schedule with one-on-one patient care, improving quality of life and peace of mind for clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2-step TB skin test and submit proof to Human Resources.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Follow plan of care prepared by the supervising RN, encouraging client independence while protecting confidentiality and dignity.
• Assist clients with non-skilled personal care (bathing, grooming, etc.).
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report changes in client condition to the RN promptly.
