Job summary

Its Your Home Care in Harrisburg, PA is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our in-home support team. You will assist clients with daily living activities and provide companionship to help them live safely in their own homes.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and adherence to care plans with timely reporting of any changes in client condition.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings.
• Reliable, punctual, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Follow care plans and report changes in client condition.
