Job summary

Its Your Home Care – Harrisburg, PA is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our team. As a PCA, you will provide non-medical in-home support to help clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, light housekeeping and meal prep, aiding mobility and transfers, and reporting changes to care plans. Requirements: 18+, background checks, reliable and punctual.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings.
• Reliable, punctual, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Follow care plans and report any changes in client condition.
