Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in healthcare preferred but not required.
• Must pass a full background and driving-record check.
• Must have access to a car and current auto insurance.
• Certification as a Personal Support Specialist (PSS) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required (free training and certification available).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, medication management, and ambulation.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
