Job summary

Amivie, LLC is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. You will provide compassionate, one-on-one support with daily living activities and work closely with our healthcare team to tailor care to each client's needs.

Responsibilities include following the approved care plan, reporting deviations to the RN Field Supervisor, ensuring attendance, dressing professionally, and using PPE as required to protect clients.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and a high school graduate.
• Must pass criminal history check per policy.
• No findings on NC Health Care Registry per policy.
• Experience in Home and Community Based Services preferred.
• Must have a current TB skin test.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care activities per care plan (ADLs/IADLs).
• Report deviations to RN Field Supervisor.
• Follow schedule and time/attendance procedures.
• Dress professionally and wear nametag.
• Maintain infection control with PPE.
