Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to care.
• Genuine interest in helping people live safely and independently at home.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and families.
• Reliability, punctuality, and follow-through.
• Ability to lift, transfer, or reposition clients as required by care plan.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Prior caregiving/Home Care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support: dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, toileting, mobility, transfers.
• Assist with daily routines to support comfort, independence, and dignity.
• Provide companionship and engaging activities to reduce isolation.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, errands.
• Support safe mobility with walking, transfers, positioning, and equipment use.
• Provide medication reminders or assistance per guidelines and laws.
• Observe/report changes in client condition to supervisor.
• Document services accurately and timely per care plan.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Communicate respectfully with clients, families, supervisors, and care team.
• Promote a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for every client.
